Data & Scripting Training Modules

Module Objectives

These topics consists of two half-day modules: “Structuring Data in QlikView” and “Manipulating Data in QlikView,” both building on the “QlikView Fundamentals” module. They provide a comprehensive introduction to the standards and processes of The QlickiT Methodology.

This builds good habits and a knowledge of the features and capabilites of the QlikView scripting language that are essential to produce good quality and sustainable applications.

Pre-Requisites

Attendees should have attended the “QlikView Fundamentals” module or have at least 3 months prior practical experience of developing applications in QlikView. Even for experienced developers without specific QlikView experience we do strongly recommend obtaining a basic knowedge of QlikView prior to attending this course.

Students should also undertake the “Structuring Data in QlikView” module before attempting the “Manipulating Data in QlikView” module.
